We are all independent stylists so we each take care of our own books and scheduling. Most of our renters require all appointments to be booked online to take the best care of you.

Lindsay Taylor

I’m Lindsay and I am a hairdresser-mama on a mission to live a cleaner, less toxic life.
I have been behind the chair since 2001 and I am fueled by inspiration, education, and a passion for my craft, a whole lotta Jesus, and a serious desire to satisfy my awesome guests.
As a Redken Certified Haircolorist and previous educator with both Redken and Schwarzkopf Professional, I have a deep understanding of the chemistry of hair and coloring. I love it even more since I made the switch to cleaner, more sustainable, low-tox brands like All-Nutrient, Innersense, and Davines.
Hair color is my JAM.
Gray coverage, believable hair color, corrective work, gray blending, fashion color, I love it all. I also specialize in designing haircuts of every length utilizing shears, texturizers, razors, clippers, and edgers for all feminine, masculine, androgynous, high-maintenance, and basic looks.

Amanda Miramontes

Amanda has been a hairstylist since 2005 and she specializes in designing haircuts of every length utilizing shears, texturizers, razors, clippers, and edgers. She caters to those guests that want to maintain believable, natural-looking, low maintenance hair.
Outside of the salon, Amanda enjoys hanging with her family at home, spinning on her Peloton, and a good hockey game!

Mikayla Markins
Hairstylist
Mikayla has been working in the beauty industry since 2016 and specializes in lived-in color techniques, event styling & bridal hair, hand-tied extensions and custom haircuts.
She is excited to offer organic, low-tox home care products through Innersense Beauty as well as O&M hair color by request. Along the lines of sustainability, Mikayla will be running a refill program on all Innersense shampoo and conditioner products. Simply bring your clean, empty bottles back to be refilled at a discounted rate!
Outside of work, Mikayla spends most of her time with her husband, daughters, and golden retriever. Some of her favorite things are sunshine, lavender lemonade, music of any kind, and connection with others.
As an Ennegram 1, Mikayla loves to use her her detail oriented creativity to bring joy to her clients through her work.

I’m Katie!
I’ve been behind the chair since 2007, loving every moment of helping people feel beautiful and confident. I’m deeply grateful for my loyal hair and skin clients, and I’m always excited to welcome new ones into my chair and my treatment room.
After 5½ wonderful years at my last salon, I felt the pull for something fresh, that's when I stepped out in faith and joined Oak and Arrow Beauty Room in Vandalia a little over a year ago, where I have more creative freedom, more connection, and more ways to help people feel their best inside and out. That’s when I expanded into esthetics and launched my own small business, Luley Wellness (named after my boys, LU-cas + Brant-LEY ).

Hi! I’m Katlyn, a licensed esthetician specializing in professional waxing services. I offer full-body waxing for both men and women, including Brazilian, Manzilian, bikini, and butt strip, nostrils, ears, hands & feet, sideburns & temples, back & chest, full legs, underarms, stomach, shoulders, and all facial waxings including lip, chin, cheeks, sides of face and brows in a private, clean, and welcoming studio environment.
I also specialize in eyebrow mapping for my brow wax services to create balanced, flattering shapes. In addition, I offer brow lamination along with hybrid tints and stains to enhance and define natural brows.
My goal is to provide fast, thorough, and comfortable waxing services while also educating my clients on proper skincare and ingrown hair prevention so they can maintain smooth, healthy skin between visits.

Hi, I’m Kaila! (pronounced Kayla)
I’ve been a licensed hairstylist since 2010 and truly love what I do. Over the years, I’ve built my career around helping people feel confident, refreshed, and comfortable with their hair. I specialize in a variety of services including precision haircuts, clipper cuts, layered cuts, hair color, foil highlights, boy perms, traditional perm wraps, and lip and brow waxing.
Whether you’re looking for a fresh haircut, a color refresh, or a classic perm, my goal is to create a look that fits your style, personality, and everyday routine. I enjoy working with clients of all ages + abilities and take pride in listening carefully so we can achieve the results you’re hoping for. I strive to provide a relaxed, welcoming experience where every client feels comfortable and taken care of.
On my days away from the salon, I also work at StoryPoint Troy, where I provide hair services for the wonderful senior residents there. It’s something very close to my heart, and I feel honored to help care for and serve such sweet members of our community.

Hey everyone, I’m Ashley!
I have been a hairstylist for 20 years.
I offer haircuts to men, women, teenagers, and kids.
I specialize in all different types of color applications, including grey coverage, foiling, balayage, color melts, and vivids, I love it all!
I use Redken, Matrix, Joico, and Schwarzkopf color lines and lighteners.
I am certified in lash lifts and tinting services for both eyelashes and eyebrows.
I perform facial waxing services including eyebrows, lip, and chin.
I am also certified in Keratin Complex for smoothing services that reduce frizz and curl.

On the weekends you are most likely to find me at one of the boy’s sporting events including football, track, cross country, wrestling and FFA, and if I’m not at a sporting event, I am working hard behind the scenes to run various events as VP of our Athletic Boosters!

Hey, I’m Leah Green!
I am a seasoned stylist specializing in a wide variety of color, haircut and extension services. I work with clients to find a color and style that will bring out their best features, and leave them feeling confident and refreshed!

So a little bit about me:
I grew up in St. Paris and went to Graham, then attended and graduated from the Aveda Institute in Cincinnati.
I’ve done hair since 2001 and many of those years I owned my own salon.
Coloring hair is my specialty, especially foiling and creating lived-in, natural looking results for my clients. I use and LOVE All-Nutrient haircolor & products (great for those who are allergic/sensitive to color and looking to reduce their toxin load) and I'm also a huge fan of select Aquage, Innersense, and Rowe Casa products.
I received my Master Certification in extensions and offer all types of hair extensions, but absolutely LOVE I-tips for their versatility and ability to transform even the thinnest, most problematic hair!
My family is my WORLD and in my spare time, I enjoy cooking and anything outdoors, especially kayaking, hiking, and gardening.

Cristy is a US Navy Veteran who enjoys working in her yard, spending time with her children and grandkids, live music, traveling, camping, and the beach.

Tammie comes to you with 45 years of experience in the beauty industry.
She is a licensed Cosmetologist offering salon services to men, women, and children of all ages. Tammie loves creating new looks with cuts (razor, scissors, and clippers), color services, perms, weekly sets/styles, and she also offers facial waxing.
Tammie will always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcomed in her chair. She is located at our Troy O+A location on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8am - 8pm. On Tuesdays Tammie provides salon services to the residents at StoryPoint of Troy Retirement Community.
When Tammie isn’t behind the chair, you will find her spending time with the joy of her life, her 10 grandkids & her children, and helping her husband Mike with his business, Havenar Auctioneer and Appraisal.
